the water goes under the floor and out to the street, just like it does now.

drain tile, yup its overkill.

tar is best `n thickest period, and is applied after any/all cracks are sealed with hydraulic cement. been using that tar for nearly 30 years.

no problem with wanting answers/to know how things work
