we recently double coated the stone walls of an old basement with super thoroseal and we are experiencing blotchiness or staining from the old stones. We first brushed down and scraped off loose material.Possibly we didn't allow enough cure time,in that it has been hot and humid.I am hoping a 3rd coat will seal it. Any thoughts.Thank You,Peter.
