Just had my septic pumped last month. Now when it rains I get that musty smell throughout the house. Any ideas on what may be causing this?

I'm not sure the two are related. From my experience, anythng related to the septic system would not smell musty.

floor drains and sinks have a p-type trap that needs to retain enough water to prevent air/gasses from passing through the pipes back into the house.

Perhaps your floor drains and/or sink, etc. in the basement's traps are dry or not retaining enough water.

Try pouring a bucket or two of fresh water in each of these drains.

Next a cap (just a 1/2 ounce) of bleach, let it sit overnight then pour a fresh 3-5 gallon bucket of water down each.

To prevent evaporation in the floor drains you might next pour a teaspoon (1/3 of a tablespoon) of food-safe grade mineral oil in each drain (you can use cooking oil, but it tends to go rancid and/or grow things overtime).

Next do you have sump pumps for your foundation water in the basement? It might be time to pump dry the catch basin, clean out any scum, wash down, do an overnight bleach, rinse then re-prime with fresh water. Your sump/foundation water system should NOT be connected to your septic tank or drain field, and be directed (your storm wash off) to somewhere other than your perk field.

Only other thing might be somewhere in your main vent stack might have been cracked, or you may have a new crack/compromise in your foundation wall coincidentally right at the point where your main septic line penetrates it and ground water/rain water is seeping through. Water through dirt, drain pebbles, etc. often has a fresh loamy musty smell.
