hi, im not sure if i am on the correct board. I am getting bids on installing a chain link fence and some of the contractors are saying its necessary to pour concrete before setting the posts but others are saying it is a bad idea. I live in Minnesota where the ground freezes and my backyard does have a slight slope. Any suggestions?
