beach house moisture

I just bought a beach house.It needs some work but it smells like an old musty basement what can I do?Im sure moisture will always be a problem!I need to get rid of the smell!

The smell is most likely MVOC. You need to address the moisture issue if there is one and kill the mold on the surfaces and the air.
