My basement is sitting in the water table. It is never dry. I want to lift the house (2400 sq. ft.), demolish the cinder block basement and pour a new one. I'd love to have advance knowledge such as: how much it might cost; what advance preparations the homeowner should take; has anyone gone through this process, successfully or otherwise.
