I have read about encapsulation on this site, but I am looking for a less expensive, shorter term solution for a crawl space with cinder blocks and a concrete floor. There is no visible condensation or mold, some efflorescense, and a slight dank smell. I am thinking of coating walls and floor with two coats of dry lock. Any other suggestions for an enclosed crawl space that has no visible problems, but has some musty smell?
