I am building a 6000+ square foot brick house on Long Island. Is it worth it to add the spray in insulation if I am building a brick house rather than a shingle house? If so, should the entire house and garage be done?

I am building 1/2 the house you are but I decided to go for the wet spray cellulose instead of the fiberglass insulation even though is more expensive only for 2 reasons:
1) sprayed insulation should better cover the openings in between studs
2) installers should be better quality than the regular fiberglass installers since they are more specialized - this is a personal observation only and hope I did not offend anyone here.

FYI, I am using 2x6 instead of 2x4 and using iso board instead of OSB for sheathing but again this is my preference since I perceive it to be better. BTW my house will be all brick also.
