I purchased a 74 year old wood frame 3 story house in 1999. I feel drafts throughout the house. I've had all of the rooms re-drywalled and only one room was gutted and rocked which is the kitchen. I know for a fact that the kitchen was not insulated. I didn't think to mention to the contractor that he should insulate. But now that I think of it, shouldn't he have just done it without me asking and charge accordingly. Anyway, my question is. Can I somehow inject insulation into the walls or something without tearing down the walls? And if so will this work on woodpaneling as well?
Thanks in advance

Yes. Check with an insulating company in your area. They have ways of making very small holes and blowing insulation in walls.
