I have a 17'x7' 4 panel wood door, with about 1/4" inserts. In the afternoon the door gets very hot, thus heating up the garage. I would like to put some insulation on these panels. I saw some sheets of some kind of foam at the home center, in varying thickness of about 1" to 2". I thought this would help if glued to the door. What would you recommend?
