I had a second floor addition added. I installed R-25 insulation between joist. But when someone uses the bathrooms, which are next to each other, it seems the sounds are carried by way of the ceilings, to the other rooms and bathroom, by way of duct work. How can I safely insulate these to reduce the sounds more.
