Have 20' X 20' crawl spce under one part of 100+ yr old house. This crawl space is only 18" high. There is air infiltration somewhere between the STONEWALL FOUNDATION and the sill. Please suggest a type of spray-on insulation that will not collect or hold moisture. I need something that someone can applly with a 4 or 5' long spay "wand" so they do not have to crawl right up to the foundation wall; AND, SO THAT the insulation can be sprayed up the wall and up onto the sill--and onto some of the underside of the floor (that should pretty much take care of the air infiltration). Please do not sugest anything that will require getting close to the foundation wall (remember the crawl space is only 18" high! ---digging out crawal space would also be a non-starter. And, yse, I have tuck-pointed the exterior of the stone wall foundation and I have checked for open spaces along outside near sill area. Please help. jaes.
