I recently pulled some moldy fiberglass insulation out of the sheet metal ductwork of my New Orleans home. I breathe better now but have been advised that without the insulation, I could end up with a serious condensation problem. The plenum is encased between the ceiling and the original flat roof, so I cannot wrap the outside.

Is there any way to re-insulate the ductwork on the inside?
