Some time ago, I saw one of the BobVila shows which spoke of soundproofing ceilings (and walls) of units such as an apartment house built with wood construction. The program discussed the use of an injectable, vibration damping material to curb noises such as footsteps.

Can anyone direct me to where I might find such a material?
