Hi

My apartment is flat roofed with no attic space . I was looking for ways of insulting my ceilings . I understand I could take down my existing ceilings and put up insulating board ( thermoboard ) instead . My query is : is there another way of insulating the ceilings that would not involve removing the existing ceilings ? is there a form on injected insulation that can be used in ceilings were there is no access to the roof space ?

I would be very grateful for any advice - as it is a wee bit cold here in Dublin
