I have a south facing steel door with a window insert. The builder painted it a dark green and we experienced thermal distiortion and water leaks. He is replacing the door and plans to paint it white. The door factory rep thought adding a storm door would help as I've been getting water into the house from undedr the threshold during wind driven rain. What do you think about putting on a storm door?
