We have an ANDERSEN patio slider which refuses to slide without a fight. ANDERSEN's "gal on the phone" says that they are only interested in warrantying defective glass. That's not what the warranty says. Does anyone else have a similar problem with the ANDERSEN Company? Please contact me if you do.
