Windows in my house are about 9 years old and they still have warranty. One of the picture window has moisture in it. Windows company is willing to give me glass and they will not cover the installation. It was build by Tadian Homes, MI and they do not maintain contractor info for the houses over 7 years.
Window size is 5'x3'. I am thinking of replacing them by myself. How do I open the existing window. It is fixed and I do not see any screws etc.,Thanks for your suggestion.

There should be a moulding that holds the glass in the sash that is removal.
The window company should be able to give you instructions on how to do this.
I must stress changing "glass only" is not something the average homeowner should try.
