We bought a 30+ year old home about a year ago. At the time of purchase there was some rotted boards where the frame of the house meets the poured foundation. The seller replaced and gave the impression that the leak that caused the damage was fixed. In a heavy rain last night it leaked all along the same area. The area is above grade far enough that its not ground water and the house has a stone and vinyl front. I'm stumped, any ideas?
