Hi ALl;
I am refurbishing an amusement ride in preparation to sell it and I need help locating some hardware and materials. It shouldn't be difficult and when I describe what I need, lots of you will probably have suggestions. This just isn't my area of expertise so I don't have a clue. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions anyone can provide.

Second item - I am looking for a material to use for padding for a shoulder restraint. The manufacturer of a similar ride suggested foam rubber but I have no idea where to find any. I am thinking of perhaps long 3" or 4" strips that can be wound around the tubing (outlined in the photo below) but am wondering if anyone has any similar or novel other ideas for other materials to use and their source ? I would also need a way to attach it in a way that is attractive and secure. Thanks for any suggestions anyone can provide.

Tim
