I have a pocket door that no longer rides correctly on its slide mechanism. Once upon a time I saw one of Bob Vila's shows that spoke of how to repair these doors without the removal of woodwork or walls -- is that possible?
I too, have one where the inner most wheel jumps out of the track if you ever so slightly lift the door while slding it open.
With the door 2/3s of the way open I can get at a screw that holds the outer wheel on the door. With that out pick up the door and slide closed. That should provide access to the inner wheel. I have fixed mine before, I adjust a couple screws.
