Is the reason you don't want to use chemicals because you are concerned about their effect or because you don't want to hurt the critters? If the former, I have a suggestion. The adhesive mouse traps that are sold at your hardware store are very effective at capturing and sticking almost any small living creature. Just be careful with them because they are extremely sticky and if you are not careful you can get them stuck to almost anything and they are extraordinarily difficult to remove without making a mess. Also if you have small children, it would be a good idea to keep them well away from the area where you place the traps. You don't want them getting these stuck to their hands, clothes or heaven forbid hair.

If you don't want to hurt the critters, I have no suggestions to help you - perhaps recruit a really pretty lizard and send her to your neighbors yard to lure away your lizards?
