Hi!

Please help!!!

My husband and I are putting our house up for sale and we noticed that our side yard is overly saturated. There is no standing water, but the ground is really muddy and soft. Our sump pump drains onto the side yard and when it rains, the lawn becomes even more saturated. Is there a better place to allow the sump pump to drain out of in order for our yard to dry out and prevent this problem? We don't want potential buyers to think we have a drainage problem.

Thanks!
