Well, here's another post about the dents & slices in the Duraceramic tile. Mine was installed last year, December 2012. I initially loved the floor, looks like tile without the cold & hardness of tile. Then I found slices & pitts. My husband & I are in our late 50's, have no pets & no children at home, so I would consider us to be low maintenance & easy on the floors. And still the problems. I tried contacting Congoluem, but have not received an answer on how to possibly fix the slices. They should make a product that would fill the marks. I know the installer used a blow drier with the installation. Any thoughts on a product or possibly heat to help fix this. The slices are small as well as the holes.
