I need to tape my vapor barrier (6 mil plastic) to cinder block walls. What kind of tape do I use?

I would forego the tape and use spray adhesive like super 77. You will get a great bond, neater job and very easy to do. Be sure to ventilate.

Just an update. I tried super 77, failed terribly. I used the kind of tape you would use with Tyvek or any other house wrap. for now it is holding up well, I'll see what happens over the winter.
