I have a interesting situation I live in the city and I had water coming up through a hole in the floor. My footer and basement wall is only 4 ft in the ground. the hole I can fix but it seems the concrete on the floor is very thin like 3 in tops? I think this basement would be easy to seal up as only 4 ft below ground but I think there is a lot of water getting under the floor.
Was wondering on how I can fix this.

I do a lot of waterproofing and foundation repairs in the Atlanta area. Let me know if I can help. If not, I have several resources that I can pull in to help answer any questions.
