Sign me up for that! All of the windows in our home are worthless! How can a group of people initiate a class action lawsuit? What are the steps that need to be taken?

Don't really know how to do it but there are sooo many dissatisfied customers all with the same problem. Does anyone out there know how to go about a suit? I will try and research it.
It has been mentioned that there are MANY people that have this common problem. I agree that there are a few, but with the many thousands of installations, there are in fact just a very limited few. I doubt it could get Class Action Status. Remember, it is human nature to complain about the bad, but not post the good. My builder uses MW and in our neighborhood, 80% of the houses have these windows and there is not a single complaint. I feel for those that have had problems and think that the support that was received is a crime, but I do not think that Class Action is the way to go - single case maybe.
I found this regarding class action lawsuits :

The same builder who built our home also built many other homes within our community and many of the other homes have problems with their MW Windows too.
BTW .. it is not only the builder who we could get no satisfaction from but also MW Windows too. MW wants to place blame directly on the installer (builder). MW sent us several replacement windows but each replacement was did exacly the same thing ... broken seal and leakage!
We have had our windows inspected and it was determined that the window was the problem NOT the installation of the window.

MW windows is a different company than Marvin Windows. MW windows is in Rocky Mount VA and Marvin windows is in Roanoke Va.
I too don't have any faith in MW windows. I also have them.

IF THE WINDOW HAS BEEN REPLACED, AND IT WAS FLASHED PROPERLY THEN WATER IS GETTING BEHING THE WINDOW AT AN ABOVE SOURCE. FOR INSTANCE, WATER CAN AND WILL GET BEHIND BRICK OR VINYL, AND WHEN IT DOES IT CAN RUN DOWN THE EXTERIOR SHEATHING AND IN ANY CRACK OR SPACE THAT IT COMES TO. LEAKS WILL NORMALLY SHOW UP AT WINDOWS AND DOORS BEFORE IT DOES THROUGH DRYWALL, AND WHEN IT DOES, IT GIVES THE APPEARANCE THAT YOUR WINDOWS OR DOORS ARE LEAKING. LIKE I SAID, IF YOUR LEAKING WINDOWS WERE REPLACED AND FLASHED PROPERLY WITH AN ADHESIVE MEMBRANE TAPE, AND YOU STILL HAVE LEAKS, THEN YOU NEED TO REMOVE YOUR SIDING OR BRICK TO CHECK FOR OPENINGS IN YOUR SHEATHING.
