In my home recently purchased I noticed the floor in one area seemed to be sloping a bit. Going into basement this is what I found (see pic) if your looking at the pic there are 2 joists on the left. The inside one is sagging about 1/4 inch and also the joist hanger on same side on the 2 2x10s crossing the middle is also down about 1/4 inch. I believe that maybe there was a wheel chair lift or something in that open space. It goes into a pantry. There are floor supports in place. But my question is: does the way its constructed look suitable enough where I can jack up andsister the 2 joists on either side and rehang joist hangers securely? Or is something more needed? There is one story above and an attic. Thanks
I can not tell by the picture ( due to quality when magnified) however it can be due to the fact that the joist hanger is down 1/4 inch. Is there a load bearing wall directly above this area?

No there is not a load bearing wall above that. I want to get it all back to level, but wanted a another opinion if how its currently done will work, or if I need to modify it... Sorry for bad pic quality.
