Shame on you for advertising grassology. I placed an order for $42.89 and was billed $127.95 on my credit card. I ordered this because I trusted Bob Vila. I can not express my great disappointment in him and this company. Their customer service is in India and they could care less if you have a problem .i plan to contact every network that runs this ad and also every group that will hear my complaint. I am a business woman with my own company because I believe in honesty. Bob ,I would love to hear from you concerning this problem but I doubt that I will . MY NAME IS ELIZABETH AND MY EMAIL IS carannfur@ aol.com
