I live in an attached two family house.There is no separation between my next door neighbor's front lawn and mine. I cannot mow my next door neighbor's grass all the time.I don't have the funds to put up a fence, nor do I like the look.The lot is about one car's length and width.What suggestions do you have about dividing the property line? I was thinking about dwarf trees and shrubs with some annuals. I don't want to spend more than seventy-five dollars. Please advise. Thanks.
