Can I fix a problem with condensation within a dbl pane window? This is a large front window and I would like not to have to replace it if it can be fixed! Any help would be great.

Thanks

You only real solution is to replace the window.

The broken seals also mean you are losing energy and the unit ineeficient compared to new.

The glass unit needs to be replaced.

From time to time there have been schemes for correcting this otherways. One is drills a small hole in the inner pain. Others have removed the glass units and broken the seals and "rebuilt" them. But in the end it does not work or cost way more than replacing.

However, many windows now come with 10, 20 and even lifetime warantees on the seals.

Look around the edges of the window. There is often a brand and date code. They are etched into the glass. It will be very, very light and you will need to try different angle to find it. But it is right on the surface of the glass.
