Our pool finishes about 6 feet from the end of our yard. There is a wooden fence there but i would like to put a "brick" feature wall (and paint it a blue color) in front of the wooden fence. Would hardy board be a better idea (thinking of cost and potential safety - earthquake area). I want it to look like a stucco wall.

It needs to be about 15 feet wide and about 6 feet high

I am looking for ideas for materials with which to build it
