I had new replacement windows put in 3 years ago. I am now seeing mold starting to grow between the glass and the frame/casing of the window. It looks like rain water is getting in and trapped. This just doesn't seem right to me. What if anything can be done about it? Thanks. BT

What brand window?

PVC? vinyl? Wood? Clad? AL?

What climate?

If you were supposed to paint or maintain it according to instructions, did you?

No painting required. They are vinyl windows and they are "wrapped" so should never need painting.

if they are wrapped, they have a wood frame. Pure vinyl windows have nothing that can feeed the growth of invasive vegetation. apparantly there is a bad seal between the wrap and the glass.

This should be a warrantee issue. Contact the manufacturer.
