Our house is about 10yrs old we bought 6 yrs ago. Since then, in cold weather, we have had water and/or ice form on our windows. Last year I replaced 3 windows because of mold forming on the frames. This did not help the problem. It has gradually getting worse. Could this be moisture under the house, which we have checked and tried to fix. Or bad insulation within the walls? Please help with any suggestions! Thanks
