I just installed a new steel front door, and used black outdoor latex paint on it. My door however seems to sweat! It accumulates a lot of moisture, and I have never seen anything like it before. Does anyone know why this is happening? Could it be the paint? What could it be?!

Mike, are you in the right thread?

To answer your question, the only thing that causes moisture on windows and doors is cooler air meeting warm air. I think in your case. It could be the Black absorbing heat energy from the light or sunlight, the cool air meets that warmth coming off the black and forms condensation. It could be forming because of heat transferring through the door. I would lean towards the black paint though.

There is a kiosk in the stores that sell Mastercraft doors that will tell you the price, it depends on a few things. I think there web site has a find a store option.
