The Biltbest presentation made to our architects 10 years ago blew the competition away. Price and quality were extremely attractive. Nine years later, seal failure in our door created millions of tiny bubbles. I can not get Biltbest to help me. All the local dealers have one-by-one dropped the Biltbest line. I am left with no assistance. Multiple attempts at fax, phone, and email have produced no response. Their customer service leaves alot to be desired. It's not the quality I'm disappointed with, it's the service. Based on this I would not advise anyone to buy Biltbest products. Our architects agree and have stopped advising their client to use Biltbest,as well.

During my time managing construction and swinging a hammer in residential construction we met lots of hot shots trying to sell us new and better. There are 3 BIG names in windows and doors who have been around for many decades. We used them only.
As a consumer it is best to go with time proven products.
If you have a warranty use it, if not there may be repairs that can be made by a refinisher or if it is bad glass, replace the glass.
