Can somone please tell me how to fix my few windows that won't stay up. They are dbl hung and when I raise them, they slam back down or slowly come back down. Something about the spring???? Can't afford these repair men, retired, bad budget. Any good ideas on how to fix these even if it means to buy new springs.
