We originally had double doors at the back of the house. Since we live on a golf course, my husband decided to have a garage door installed with keypad for his golf cart. The area had to be refitted to allow for the door. A threshold was added to try to stop in coming water. It is unfinished space but still I want it fixed ASAP. Ideas of other things to try? One friend thought maybe the concrete in front of the door is the problem. Not sure.
