I am looking for an in depth manuel that shows how to fix this rototiller.

Yard machine model # 21AA413B729 I replaced the shift assembly and now the thing doesn't move or till. I need to know how to take the wheel shaft seal and etc. off. Any other helpful answers on to what might be wrong would be greatfully appreciated.
