I am trying to help my buddy level thier yard.

it is about 50x50 foot with many hills and potholes.

I was thinking about renting a BobCat type machine and use the loader or blade to flaten/shave the grass and scrape the gound to flatness,

or should i use the sod cutter, and till the ground and rake to flatness?

please advice.
