My garage door keeps opening when my the people next door open there door. I have tried to reprogram my remote but there remote still opens my door. Any ideas?

Your model uses dip switches in the remote and the openr either has dip switches or a learn button.

If your has a learn button hold it down for about 6 seconds until the LED goes out.
Then change the switches in the remote to a new code.
And either change the opener to match or use the learn button.
