i feel for you guys with the M and W problems, I have had the same issues with Pellas which were supposedly under warranty based on the date codes stamped in the windows, they (pella)came out and said nothing was wrong (although there was rot and signs of water staining)and sent me a bill for coming out. I knew they were bad and had a fellow that did some of the pella replacement work look at them and he said definite problem. I'm pulling them and replacing them with Andersen.
