Our house was built in 1996. We bought it from a custom builder in a sub-division.

Now just 13 years later we are having to replace ALL our Windsor windows due to leakage and rotting. There are numerous homes in our sub-division that are also replacing their windows as well. Both double-hung and casements. This is WRONG!

I am SO dissapointed in this company!

I was inspecting a home couple days back , house is 4 years old
and seemed well built. This was a really rainy day and one of the Pinnacle (Windsor) windows was leaking real bad somewhere along the top. Looking further I could not find an obvious leak, all caulking appeared well done and intact. Was wondering if we might have a faulty widow product from Windsor? Has any one else experienced this?
