A friend sent me the link to this forum because he knows we have Semco in our house. I am amazed at what I am reading. This is the fourth house we have had custom built, and the second time we have used Semco. Previously, we used marvin and Andersen. We live in Blowing Rock North Carolina and our house experiences a lot of heavy wind and driving rain and we have NEVER had a problem with leaking windows or drafts. We did not like the Andersens we had previously because they were very drafty. We also had problem with the Marvins, but were told it may have been the way they were installed. But four years with Semco in this house and I could not be more pleased. The service we received by our dealer was exceptional and professional. And our builder was our favorite so far.
