Hello, Im new to all this. I have wood fram double hung windows that appear to have the spring balance system windows were installed original construction 93. they tilt in off of vinal tracks. My question is Can I remove the entire sash to make it easier to repaint the window,Ive seen some vidos on the internet that show that they lift up and out without doing anything else. Is that correct. they work fine, nothing is broken Thanks
