We have 14 Semco wood sliding windows - installed 1994 - and they have worked well, however we don't have severe weather to really put them to a test. The only problem we have is they are rather hard to open and close. I'm reluctant to put any kind of lube or oil on them. What can I put on the glides to make them slide easier?
