After replacing rotted siding, calking and weatherstripping, almost one year to the date and $5000 later, it has become clear once again...the windows are leaking. The rep that represents the local installer for Windsor says he just can't understand how its happening! Estimated cost to repair upwards of $10,000...and Windsor says they are acting out of "good will" by selling the replacement windows at cost! At $10,000 it just may be time to give that money to an attorney!
