I'm looking for tips (or tricks) for exterior pressure washing my house. I'll be re-roofing in a couple weeks and need to prepare the entire house, including eves, for new paint. South Florida-Specific information is desireable. What chemicals, safety precautions, and pressure if it can be adjusted. NEVER USED A PRESSURE WASHER!!!

Get a downstreaming nozzle kit. This will allow you to use safe, soft pressure so you can effectively clean without damaging anything. Use some household bleach (1 gal) mixed with liquid detergent. Use pump sprayer or chemical injector to put house wash mixture on house. Let dwell for 10 mins, then rinse.

Good luck!
