my garage door opener works fine in hot, warm, and cool weather, but when it is cold out it only raises up anywhere from 6 inches to a couple feet. It stops there and I have to press the button to lower it. It was already installed when I bought the house, so I don't have an owners manual for it. Any suggestions ?
