I live in Florida and have a 16 yr old 40x20 wood deck. I would like to have it pressure washed, brightened, and resealed. What can I expect to pay per square foot for this service. And... what resealing product have you found satisfactory? Thanx In Advance, Ty

It might be cheaper to buy your own pressure washer and do it yourself.

You can definately save money doing the job yourself. My husband and I spent last weekend working on our deck. We used E-Z Deck Wash to clean it, and we used a new product just introduced by Armor All to seal it. Waterproofing Sealer Plus, which claims to prevent moisture damage and is mildew resistant. So far so good. Our deck looks really nice. Good luck with your deck project!
